1. Your Financial Numbers Never Leave Your Device

Every number you enter into our calculators — your zakat wealth, your gold weight, an estate value, financing amounts — is processed entirely inside your own browser. None of it is sent to a server we operate, and none of it is stored by us. You can verify this yourself: open any calculator, then disconnect from the internet — it keeps working.

2. Optional Services That Do Collect Limited Data

If you voluntarily subscribe to our free annual Zakat reminder, we store only your email address and your chosen reminder month in our database (Vercel/Neon Postgres), solely to send you one reminder per year. We use double opt-in — you must click a confirmation link in your inbox before any reminder is ever sent — and you can unsubscribe with a single click via the link included in every email.

If you use our Contact form, the name, email, and message you submit are sent to us via Resend (a transactional email service) purely so we can reply to you — you are never added to a marketing list because of this. We also use Upstash Redis to briefly process your IP address for spam and abuse prevention only; it is never linked to your identity or stored long-term.

3. Advertising & Analytics (Third Parties)

To keep the lights on, we use website analytics (Google Analytics) and may display advertisements via Google AdSense. These services may use cookies or similar technologies, subject to the consent you give via our cookie banner.

**Crucially:** These third parties have zero access to the figures you process within our calculators (Section 1 above) — those stay strictly local to your browser and are never seen by Google or anyone else.

4. Local Storage

Some tools may use your browser's local storage to save your preferences (like Dark Mode settings). This data remains on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

Advertising and Cookies

Your calculations and file processing occur 100% locally on your device with complete privacy. However, to keep this site free, we use Google AdSense to display advertisements.

Google and its third-party partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site or other websites on the internet. The use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on your interests.
